Termination.
Liya.Ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Liya.Ai makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Liya.Ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
